Installation method of the CO removal catalyst in refuge chambers
For some equipment specially designed for coal mine refuge chambers that can catalytically cooperate with CO2 adsorption, the installation steps are as follows:
Preparation of the storage box: Fill the storage box with CO removal catalyst and CO2 adsorbent respectively.
Installation of the storage box: Insert the storage box into the interior of the machine, so that the sealing strip adheres to the inner wall of the installation slot, and the sealing pad at the bottom of the top cover is pressed against the edge of the installation slot to achieve sealing. Move the limit rod to the top cover, and tighten the knob to fix the limit rod.
Operation of the equipment: Start the negative pressure pump, and transport the air in the chamber through the intake pipe into the interior of the machine. The air enters the storage box through the installation slot, undergoes CO catalysis by the CO catalyst, and the formed water droplets are discharged through the drainage port and collected in the water tank; the catalyzed air enters another storage box and undergoes CO2 adsorption, allowing the purified air to enter the exhaust hood and be discharged. The water formed by catalyzing CO flows through the drainage port and is guided into the water tank, and a submersible pump can be started to transport the water through the connecting pipe to the atomizer for atomization and spraying.
