Xintan ozone destruction/decomposition catalyst is a mixture of copper oxide and manganese dioxide (MnO2 and CuO2 ), which is mainly used to decompose ozone. It contains manganese based nano composites without any activated carbon. When the ozone destruction catalyst is used for a certain period of time (about one year), its activity will decline due to the accumulation of moisture
absorption. The catalyst can be taken out and placed in the 100℃ oven for min12 hours . It can also be taken out and exposed to the
strong sun if oven is not available, which can partially restore the performance and reuse.
Xintan ozone decomposition catalyst is suitable for gas treatment with ozone concentration above 1000PPM . Ozone concentration of 20 mg/L is recommended, It can be widely used in the synthesis of fine chemicals ,the treatment of tap water and waste water, as well as in atomic energy, radio and supersonic passenger jet advanced cabin, photocopiers, household appliances and other occasions.
