Nitrogen Index of Petroleum Coke
(1) Coal recarburizer, the nitrogen content is different depending on the quality of the coal, the nitrogen content is different, generally between 2000 ~ 7000PPm, that is, 0.2% ~ 0.7%.
(2) Ordinary calcined petroleum coke recarburizer, because it has not been calcined at a high temperature, the calcining temperature may be lower and the time may be shorter. The nitrogen content is generally around 1000 ppm, and the sulfur content is also high. Can not draw clear marks on white paper.
(3) Semi-graphitized petroleum coke recarburizer, the nitrogen content is 300~500PPm, and the sulfur content is much lower than calcined petroleum coke. Can leave clear marks on white paper.
(4) High-temperature calcined graphitized petroleum coke recarburizer with the highest quality, with a nitrogen content of 100PPm. Sulfur is lower than the former. Clear marks can be left on the white paper, and the hand feels comfortable, just like a pencil.
